🔁 Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go to plan. Please see our policy below:


Returns – General Labelled Items

You may return any of our general labelled products within 14 working days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

Please contact us at contact@wholesalefragrance.co.uk before returning any items. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.


No Returns or Refunds – Custom or Unlabelled Items

We do not offer refunds or accept returns on custom-labelled or unlabelled items unless they arrive damaged or faulty, due to their personalised nature.


📦 Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll assess the situation and offer either a replacement or a refund, depending on what’s most suitable.


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 3–5 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
